dq333 Terms & Conditions — Your Rights and Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

dq333 may request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued photo identification and proof of address. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

To access the full range of dq333 services, you must register an Account. During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number.

You may hold only one Account on the Platform at any time. The opening of duplicate accounts, whether under the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, dq333 will close all secondary accounts, void any bets placed through them, and may permanently close your primary Account without return of any balances held across the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person, and you must log out of your Account when using a shared or public device. dq333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

You must notify dq333 promptly at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. dq333 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend the Account pending investigation.

dq333 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close any Account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in circumstances including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity, violation of these Terms & Conditions, or regulatory compliance requirements.

dq333 supports deposits and withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the source payment account belongs to another individual — are strictly prohibited and will result in the deposit being returned (minus any applicable transfer fees) and may result in Account suspension. Deposits are credited to your Account Balance in real time in most cases; processing times may vary depending on the payment method and your mobile financial service provider.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals will be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. dq333 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks prior to processing any withdrawal, particularly on first withdrawal or where the withdrawal amount is significant. Withdrawals submitted via bKash or Nagad are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Processing times for other methods may vary.

Pending Bets: Withdrawal requests placed while bets remain open will be held until those bets are settled. The final amount available for withdrawal will be recalculated following settlement.

Inactive Accounts: An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as inactive. dq333 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant Account Balances following written notification to the email address on record. dq333 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply its own charges, for which dq333 accepts no responsibility.

dq333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on a player's first qualifying deposit. All bonus offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as the following general conditions:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where applicable, identity verification.
• Each promotional offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified in each individual promotion. Until wagering requirements are met, Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from them are not available for withdrawal.

All bets placed on the dq333 Platform are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or game-specific rules published within the relevant section of the Platform:

• A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you have received a bet confirmation notification from the Platform. dq333 does not accept verbal bets or bets placed through any channel other than the Platform's official interfaces.
• dq333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds or prices are published in error.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the official result as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket matches, FIFA for football) will be used for settlement purposes.
• For live in-play betting markets, bets are accepted subject to current game state. Bets placed on events that have already concluded at the time of placement will be voided.
• Maximum bet limits and maximum payout limits apply and are displayed within each market. dq333 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time without notice.
• Where a bet is voided, the original stake will be returned to your Account Balance. No winnings or losses are attributed to voided bets.
• dq333's decisions on bet settlement are final. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event outcome being published.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the dq333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to the relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes, including soft-play arrangements in poker-style games.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, automated software, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the Platform without human input.
• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, falsified identity documents, or any deceptive method to deposit or withdraw funds.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process or conceal funds derived from illegal activity. dq333 is obligated to report suspicious financial activity to the relevant authorities.
• Arbitrage and Matched Betting Abuse: Systematically exploiting odds differentials across platforms or bonus terms in a manner that constitutes bad-faith use of the Platform.
• Account Sharing: Allowing any third party to access or operate your Account, or operating an Account on behalf of another person.
• Minors: Permitting or facilitating use of the Platform by any individual under 21 years of age.

All content on the dq333 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, and software — is the property of dq333 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, or distribute any content from the Platform without prior written consent from dq333.
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform's software or game content.
• Use any dq333 trademark, logo, or brand name in any context not expressly authorised by dq333.

Game content made available through third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. dq333 provides access to such content under licence from the respective providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dq333 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses arising from technical errors, Platform downtime, or service interruptions beyond dq333's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from bets placed during a period of inaccurate odds or prices published as a result of a data feed error, provided that dq333 voids the affected bets promptly upon discovery.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials.
• Losses caused by the actions or omissions of third-party payment processors or Game Providers.

dq333's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits dq333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

dq333 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
